Italy’s most widely grown red grape variety, sangiovese, capable of producing balanced, refined wines with aromas of flowers and fruit . In particular, Umbria Rosso Frizzante – Venti Bolle Rosè comes from an ancestral method of aging with end-of-fermentation indigenous yeast deposition.

Sangiovese 100%. The last part of the fermentation takes place in the bottle, as in the old days, “sur lie,” with the bottom without added sugar or yeast. The result is a wine steeped in tradition that embodies the ethos of craftsmanship.

Harvest time: Late September with harvesting of the grapes solely by hand in the early hours of the day.
Winemaking: Micro cold maceration on the skins for 24/36 hours, then a subsequent light pressing.Spontaneous fermentation for 20/25 days until a 1.1/2 bubble level is reached.
Aging: Bottled, finishes fermentation in bottle with indigenous yeast deposition.
Serving temperature: 10-12°
Tasting: Cerasuolo pink color, aroma of fresh rose, wild strawberry.Fresh, balanced palate, pleasantly persistent
