Wineyards
Our winery lies to the west of the beautiful municipality of Montefalco,
in the unspoilt San Marco valley. The environmental and geological characteristics of the valley make it extraordinary for the cultivation of grape and olive trees.
Montefalco is one of Umbria's most charming medieval villages, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, and is situated on top of a hill overlooking the plain of the Topino and Clitunno rivers. Because of this favorable panoramic position, since 1568 it has been known as the 'Balcony of Umbria'. We grew up here, this land has been the stage of our lives. Our vines are the veins of our passion. From Montefalco we have inherited the recipes of tradition, the pride of our history. Every day, we try to enhance and make alive these feelings that will bind us forever.
Our vineyard is a mix of autochthonous vines such as Trebbiano Spoletino and Sagrantino and allochthonous vines such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet franc, Chardonnay in addition to the well-known and widespread Italian vines Sangiovese and Pecorino.
