One of the most interesting white grape varieties in our entire region.
Trebbiano, belongs to the territory between Spoleto and Montefalco and leads to wines with a strong personality, very fragrant and with a rather articulate tasting dynamic.


A 100% Trebbiano Spoletino, Venti Bolle comes from aging by the ancestral method with end-of-fermentation indigenous yeast deposition.

Cultivation: guyot

Altitude: 380m a.s.l

Bottles produced: 1.400

Harvest time: late September with grapes harvested by hand exclusively in the early morning hours.

Winemaking: Micro cold-maceration on skins for 36 hours, then light pressing. Spontaneous fermentation for 20/25 days until a bubble level of 1/1.2 is reached. Then bottled where the second fermentation takes place.

Aging: Metodo Ancestrale con deposito di lieviti indigeni di fine fermentazione.

Serving temperature: 10-12°

Tasting: Bright straw yellow color with greenish highlights. It releases fruity notes of peach and hints of banana and pineapple

Pairings: ideal for aperitifs, medium-aged cheeses and fried fish and vegetables
